At the heart of our work there is firsthand experience of adult social care leadership. The founder, Kanyiswa Tanda, has progressed from Health Care Assistant and Team Leader roles through to Deputy Manager and Dual CQC Registered Manager, providing a practical understanding of care delivery and leadership at different levels.
That experience includes managing teams, maintaining standards, balancing competing priorities and leading services through the everyday challenges of a highly regulated sector.
Combined with MBA-level strategic thinking and commercial experience, this brings an understanding of both the hands-on realities of leading care services and the commercial demands of running a successful organisation.
